Multimodal UK 2019
Many events take place in these types of meetings. These are, for example, conferences, discussion panels, or lectures. During the three-day meetings, the program was varied, and other issues were raised. Multimodal UK 2019 began with a discussion that aimed to provide answers to the questions: why is the logistics industry vulnerable to disruption? What will the future look like? What is more, they were talking about the crisis in the industry, due to Brexit, and looking for solutions. During the second day of the event, among others, the subject of the Far East was discussed as a new and increasingly attractive direction. The topic of Brexit was discussed more extensively. The last day of Multimodal UK 2019 focused on attracting, retaining, and developing talent in transport, logistics, and supply chain. Interestingly, the event welcomes dedicated students from local schools to take part in an interactive seminar.
