In November 2021, our platform ShipHub got a chance to attend Logitrans 2021 – one of the most significant trade fairs in the Eurasian region’s transport and logistics industry. The event has had its 14th edition between the 10th and 12th of November, welcoming visitors from all around the world. They could all come together, exchange their experience, attend conferences, make valuable contacts, and more. We present our report from the latest Logitrans 2021.
What is Logitrans?
As mentioned before, Logitrans is an event dedicated to the transport and logistics industry held in Istanbul, Turkey, annually. The scope of Logitrans included freight transport and logistic services, equipment for freight transport, IT/Telematics, e-business, telecommunications, intralogistics, and material flow. Thus, the visitors could broaden their knowledge on the topics to implement it in their business in the future. Moreover, the participants could attend conferences on various issues, e.g., Digitization within the logistics industry, Women Executives in Air Cargo, and many more.

Logitrans 2021 in numbers
This year’s edition of Logitrans started on November 10th and lasted until November 12th and was held by EKO MMI Exhibition under the name “International logitrans Logistics Exhibition.” Nearly 10,000 people participated in the event. Among them were 122 companies from 18 countries, including us – ShipHub. Logitrans 2021 took place on 5,000 m2 of Istanbul Expo Center. Even though the participants’ amount decreased this year due to the global pandemic, this edition is still considered successful.

Logitrans 2021 – Event program
Logitrans is an event that aims to create an environment where participants can exchange their views, expand their knowledge on diverse topics, and express their opinions. Therefore, at Logitrans, they could participate in different conferences held during those three days. The fair’s conference program focused mainly on digitalization and intermodal logistics chains. Moreover, the discussed topics included private railway transportation and the place of women in the air cargo sector.
