Transport Logistic is one of the biggest events, with over 2,300 exhibitors from 63 different countries and 64,000 visitors. It is one of the editions of the international industry network of transport logistic exhibitions. The events take place across four continents – Europe, Asia, America, and Africa, and the parent show is in Munich. In 2023, Transport Logistic is held concurrently with Air Cargo Europe, powered by TIACA.
Transport Logistic is a biannual trade fair. The 2021 edition did not take place as a physical trade fair but as an online one. Transport Logistic 2021 was held digitally on May 4-6.

Transport Logistic 2023 is held on May 9–12, 2023, in Trade Fair Center Messe München, Munich, Germany (live on site). The trade fair will cover an exhibition area of around 110,000 square meters.

Costs of renting the stall
The price range of the exhibition area varies from year to year. In 2019, prices – depending on the type of stall – are €92 to €228 per square meter. For 2023 edition, the price range for a square meter is €98-€236. The minimum area of the stand is 20 square meters. Besides, exhibitors also need to pay additional costs, such as:
- Mandatory entry in the exhibition catalog and media coverage – €250 (2019), €500 (2023).
- Flat rate prepayment for technical services – €15 (2019), €20 per square meter (2023).
- Payment for the German trade organization AUMA – €0,60 per square meter (2019 and 2023).
- Fee for the removal of rubbish during the fair, assembly and dismantling of stands – €4,50 (2019), €5,50 per square meter (2022).
- Full-Service Package stand, including a stand with an area of 20 per square meter with full equipment and a complete set of services, €6,160 (2019), €6,840 (2023).
